We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. You can contact us through our website on the homepage with the section labeled "get in touch" or directly though our email address at allurebyaliana@gmail.com. We do not ship replacements. No exchanges, as all sales are final. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY! *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® or  USPS Ground Advantage®. Priority Mail® takes 2-3 business days while USPS Ground Advantage® takes 2-5 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you prefer coverage on your package a $20 coverage fee will apply.
